14:30 on December 30, 2023, Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Company Limited (VAPCO) has officially completed the acceptance and successful power supply for the system of step-up transformers and self-powered transformers of Unit 1 of the Vung Ang 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant project. This power supply milestone is quite important and is the basis for the Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant Project to prepare for the testing phase for the auxiliary systems of Unit 1. In the spirit of unity for a common goal, Electricity Research and Testing Joint Stock Company (ETRC) with the enthusiastic support and coordination of units in the project such as Investor VAPCO, General Contractor Doosan Enerbility – Samsung C&T and the contractor in charge of the distribution yard have made great efforts to complete the final legal procedures according to regulations, contributing to helping the project to be safely energized and ensure progress. Another memorable milestone, another important mark in ETRC’s journey of development and strengthening customer trust in service and reputation.
